Customizing Your Ninety Account's Appearance

Learn how to effectively customize your organization's branding, including colors shown in Ninety and your logo.

We offer a variety of customizable features to help your Ninety account fit your organization's brand and style. To begin personalizing your company's account, visit Company Settings > Configuration. Here's how:

  1. Click your name or profile icon at the bottom of the left navigation.
  2. Click Company Settings from the popup. Configuration is the default Company Settings page.

Note: Only users with Owner or Admin roles can access Company Settings.

Updating Your Organization's Colors and Logo

Custom Color

To update the colors used in your Ninety account:

  1. Navigate to Company Settings > Configuration.
  2. Toggle on Custom Color.
  3. Click the colored square.
  4. Use the swatch to choose your preferred color. Click the up or down arrows to cycle between RGB, HSL, and Hex.

Changes are saved automatically.

 

Where is my custom color display

The custom color changes the filter bar, buttons, toggles, and load bar. The text remains white, so we recommend choosing a darker color.

 

Note: Customizing a secondary color is no longer available.

 
 
 

Company Logo

To update your company's logo in Ninety:

  1. Navigate to Company Settings > Configuration.
  2. Click the existing logo under Company Information.
  3. Click Upload Logo.
  4. Choose the image file for your account's company logo.
  5. Click Change Logo.

 

If your logo is wider than a 16:9 aspect ratio, then your company name will not appear in the top-left of Ninety's web app.
