Printing and Exporting Your Accountability Chart to PDF

Learn how to export your Accountability Chart to a print-friendly PDF.

While the Accountability Chart tool is available to our free users, users must be on a paid subscription plan to export their Accountability Chart or other materials for printing.

To create a printable PDF of your Accountability Chart:

  1. Click Accountability Chart from the left navigation.
  2. Click the ellipsis on the filters bar to open the more actions menu.
  3. Click Print PDF from the options shown.
  4. Choose your Print Type.
    1. Multi-Page.
    2. Single-Page.
  5. Choose your Seat Type.
    1. Detailed — shows roles and responsibilities.
    2. Condensed —does not show roles and responsibilities.
  6. Click Print to view the PDF.

 

The generated PDF is high-resolution, so zoom in as needed. You can even have it professionally printed.

 

 

How to print the PDF

Once you have downloaded the PDF, follow these steps to print it:

  1. Open the file using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat, Preview (Mac), or a web browser.
  2. Go to file> Print or press Ctrl + P (Windows) / Cmd + P (Mac) to open the print dialog.
  3. Ensure the correct printer is selected.
  4. Choose the appropriate page size.
  5. Set orientation (Portrait/Landscape) based on the layout.
  6. Adjust margins and scaling if necessary for better readability.
  7. Click Print to complete the process.

 

Printing a branch of your Accountability Chart

To print a branch of your Accountability Chart beginning from a specific Seat and including each of its direct reports:

  1. Click Accountability Chart from the left navigation.
  2. Click the PDF icon on the top right of top Seat you want to print from.
  3. Choose your Print Type.
    1. Multi-Page.
    2. Single-Page.
  4. Choose your Seat Type.
    1. Detailed — shows roles and responsibilities.
    2. Condensed —does not show roles and responsibilities.
  5. Click Print to view the PDF.
