Inviting a user to Ninety means you can assign them content such as Rocks and To-Dos. They have their own unique login and count towards your billing.

Inviting Users

When inviting and adding users to Ninety, there is two different ways to do it - they can be added to your company or only to the directory.

When you add a user to the company, they're invited to the company through email. Once a user accepts the invite, they have a login and the ability to be assigned a Role. Learn more about Roles for invited users. This action requires a license.

    1. Add to Company
    2. Add to Directory Only
  4. Enter their contact info, including:
    1. Team(s) they are in
    2. Their Role

Re-Inviting a User

The invite sent through the above process is valid for 14 days. If they do not accept the invite within 14 days, the invite will need to be resent. To resend, click the Re-invite button next to the user's name. Verify their email address and send. The invited user receives a new email link to join Ninety.

If there is no Re-invite button, that means the user is already active and needs to log in (https://app.ninety.io/login).
