The 1-on-1 Insights Page
Use the 1-on-1 Insights Page to see your team's completion of Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews, ratings in exhibiting the organization's Core Values, and how well your team members view your leadership and coaching abilities (LMA®). The conversations from your 1-on-1 tool are available for any of your direct reports — as documented in your Accountability Chart.
Use the dropdown at the top of the page to choose the Discussion type you want to see: Annual or Quarterly. Additionally, you can filter by time and manager.
Drill-Ins and More Details
Click the diagonal arrows on the top right of any card on the 1-on-1 Insights page to see more details and drill into the data that populated the graphic shown.
Click through the tabs below to learn more about each card on the 1-on-1 Insights page.
Discussion Rate
The Discussion Rate card displays the status of your Discussions. You can see how many are completed and how many have been created but have yet to be completed.
Click the diagonal arrows to expand this card and view the details of each team members Quarterly Discussion, including:
- Each team member's name
- The date range covered
- The title of the Discussion
- The current status of the Discussion
Use the caret (>) to see one of the following statuses for the manager or team member's form:
- Not started
- Started
- Form completed
Core Value Rating
The Core Value Rating card displays the average reported score of your assessment and the team member's judgment on how well they exhibit your organization's Core Values on a 1-5 scale.
Click the diagonal to drill further into the data and view:
- Each team member's name
- The date range covered
- The Core Values being assessed
- The team member's score (as an average between their score and their leader's)
Click the caret (>) to view the individual responses from the team member and their team leader.

LMA Assessment
The LMA® Assessment card separately displays your reported score(s) and your team member's scores on your leadership and managing abilities.
The Self-assessment score shows the average score the leader has reported for themself during each 1-on-1 meeting. While the Team score displays an average of each team members reported score.
Click on the diagonal arrows to drill further into the data and view:
- Each team member's name
- The date range covered
- The commitments covered
- Each response
Toggle between Leadership and Coaching commitments on the LMA Assessment card to view the corresponding data.
Click the caret (>) to view the individual responses from the team member and their team leader.
GWC™ Rating
During Quarterly Conversations and Annual Reviews, team leaders and their direct reports rank the team member on how well they get, want, and have the capacity (GWC) for each role of their Seat. The GWC rating card displays the average of how well a leader's team has the GWC for each role in each Seat on the team.
Click on the diagonal arrows to drill further into the data and view:
- Each team member's name
- The date range covered
- The evaluation titles (Gets it, Wants it, and has the Capacity for it)
- Each response
Click the caret (>) to view the team leader's responses regarding the team member's proficiency in each of their roles and responsibilities.
Right Person, Right Seat Report
Owners and Admins can access a Right Person, Right Seat report for any user on the account. Click Generate Report to create a tailored PDF report. When it's ready, click View Report to open it.
The report begins with an overview of the Right Person, Right Seat concept. Next, it summarizes how well each of the team leader's direct reports exhibits the company's Core Values and GWC their Seats. Finally, it offers individual analysis for each team member.
