How to Print and Export Scorecards in Ninety
Ninety lets you export any team's Scorecard as a downloadable PDF or a CSV file you can open in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or any other spreadsheet application. Both export types reflect exactly what you're currently viewing: the selected team, Scorecard tab, and date range. Owners, Admins, Managers, and Team Members can export Scorecards. Observers cannot.
Note: There is no bulk export option. Scorecards are exported one team at a time. To export multiple teams, repeat the process for each team using the Team dropdown.
Export a Scorecard to PDF

Exporting to PDF captures all Measurable groups on the currently selected Scorecard as a formatted, printable document.
- Click Scorecard from the left navigation.
- Select your team from the Team dropdown.
- Select a Scorecard tab (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual).
- Select the date range you want to export from the Date Range dropdown.
- Click the ellipsis (...) at the far right of the toolbar — to the right of the Search field.
- Select Print PDF from the dropdown.
The PDF will download to your device. To print it, open the file in any PDF viewer or web browser and use your system's print dialog (Ctrl+P on Windows, Cmd+P on Mac).
Note: The column order in the exported PDF always shows the most recent reporting period on the left. This may not match your current screen view.
Export a Scorecard to a spreadsheet

Exporting to CSV creates a file you can open in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or any other spreadsheet application. The exported file contains one tab with the following columns for each Measurable:
- Measurable group name.
- Status.
- Title.
- Description.
- Owner.
- Goal.
- Average.
- Total.
- Reporting period dates and values.
To export to a CSV file:
- Click Scorecard from the left navigation.
- Select your team from the Team dropdown.
- Select a Scorecard tab (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual).
- Select the date range you want to export from the Date Range dropdown.
- Click the ellipsis (...) at the far right of the toolbar — to the right of the Search KPIs field.
- Select Export as CSV from the dropdown.
The file will download to your device and can be opened directly in your preferred spreadsheet application.
Note: The column order in the exported CSV always shows the most recent reporting period on the left. The columns cannot be reordered within Ninety before exporting.
Troubleshooting
The export option isn't appearing when I click the ellipsis. There are two ellipsis buttons on the Scorecard page. The correct one is in the main toolbar at the top of the page, to the right of the Search KPIs field. The ellipsis inside a Measurable group header opens group-level options only and does not include export.
The column order in my export doesn't match what I see on screen. This is expected. Both the PDF and CSV exports always show the most recent reporting period on the left, regardless of the order shown on screen. The column order cannot be changed before exporting.
Can I export all teams' Scorecards at once? No. Each export reflects one team at a time. To export multiple teams, select each team from the Team dropdown and repeat the export steps.
Can I export Scorecard data to formats other than PDF or CSV? Not directly from the Scorecard tool. For an overview of all data export options available across Ninety, see Data Export and Print Options in Ninety.
My exported data looks incomplete. Exports reflect only what's visible in your current view. Check that you have the correct team selected, the correct Scorecard tab active, and the date range covering the periods you expect. Archived Measurables are not included unless the archived items toggle is on.
