Connecting Other Tools to Ninety

The ways to connect Ninety with the rest of your tool stack: native integrations, Zapier, the Public API, and feature requests.

Can I Connect Another Tool to Ninety?

Wondering whether you can connect your CRM, project management tool, calendar, or AI assistant to Ninety? Ninety connects to other tools in three ways — native integrations, Zapier, and the Public API — and you can request an integration we don't offer yet. Which path fits depends on the tool you're connecting and what you want to sync. Any licensed user can set up the integrations below for their own account.

Native To-Do integrations

Ninety includes built-in integrations that sync your To-Dos two ways with six popular task tools, so changes like title, due date, assignee, and completion status stay current in both systems. Native integrations are available on all paid subscription plans:

Note: Looking to see your To-Dos on your calendar? The Google Tasks and Microsoft To-Dos integrations sync your To-Dos as tasks, which appear in the task pane of Google Calendar and Outlook — they don't create calendar events.

Connect thousands of apps with Zapier

For tools without a native integration — CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot, Slack, spreadsheets, AI assistants, and thousands more — use Zapier. Zapier lets you build automated workflows ("Zaps"), such as creating a Ninety Issue when a deal changes stage in your CRM, or updating a Scorecard Measurable when a value changes in a Google Sheet. See Connecting Ninety to Zapier for setup steps.

Zapier is included on all paid Ninety subscription plans at no additional cost from Ninety; Zapier's own plan pricing applies. Each team member connects their own Zapier account to Ninety.

Build a custom connection with the Public API

For custom logic, your own tooling, or volumes beyond what Zapier supports, Ninety's Public API provides programmatic access to To-Dos, Issues, Rocks, Milestones, Scorecard, and Teams. The Public API is currently in closed beta for selected Thrive customers, with general availability planned for summer 2026.

Request an integration

If your tool doesn't have a native integration and Zapier doesn't cover your use case, submit a feature request: log in to Ninety and click Provide Feedback at the bottom of the left navigation. Include the tool's name and what you'd want to sync — requests go directly to our product team.

Frequently asked questions

Can I connect my CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) to Ninety?

Ninety doesn't have native CRM integrations. Use Zapier to connect your CRM — for example, creating a Ninety Issue from a CRM event or pulling CRM numbers into your Scorecard. Organizations on the Thrive plan can also build a direct connection with the Public API.

Can I sync my To-Dos to my calendar (Google Calendar or Outlook)?

Yes, as tasks. The Google Tasks and Microsoft To-Dos integrations sync your Ninety To-Dos into the task lists that appear alongside Google Calendar and Outlook. They don't create calendar events; to turn To-Dos into calendar events, use Zapier.

Can I get Scorecard data in or out of Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes, with Zapier. For example, a Zap can watch a cell in your spreadsheet and write the value into a Scorecard Measurable automatically. Each person sets up Zaps scoped to their own access and teams.

Can I connect AI tools like Claude to Ninety?

There's no native AI-assistant integration. Use Zapier to send Ninety data to an AI tool as an action step, or, on the Thrive plan, build a direct connection with the Public API.

Does using Zapier cost extra?

There's no extra cost from Ninety — the Zapier integration is included on all paid Ninety plans. Zapier has its own pricing, including a free plan for basic automations.

My tool isn't listed — can Ninety add it?

Submit a feature request by clicking Provide Feedback at the bottom of the left navigation. Requests for specific integrations go to our product team and help prioritize what gets built next.
