How to View Your Scorecard on Ninety's Mobile App

Check where your team's numbers landed for the last completed week, month, quarter, or year, right from your phone.

Can you see your Scorecard on Ninety's mobile app? Yes, if your company is in Ninety's Beta Program. The mobile Scorecard is a read-only view of one team's Measurables (the numbers your team tracks to see how the business is doing) for the most recent completed reporting period. Use it to check your numbers on the go or before your Level 10 Meeting®. Entering and editing scores still happens in the Ninety web app.

Important: The mobile Scorecard is in beta. To see it, your company must be enrolled in Ninety's Beta Program and on a paid plan (Essentials, Accelerate, Thrive, or Legacy).

Who can view the Scorecard on mobile

Owners, Admins, Managers, Team Members, and Observers can view the Scorecard on mobile for any team whose Scorecard they can view in the web app. The mobile Scorecard is read-only for every role. No one can enter, edit, or delete scores, Measurables, or groups from the mobile app.

Opening the Scorecard on mobile

The Scorecard lives in the More menu of Ninety's mobile app. To open it:

  1. Tap More on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

The Home screen of Ninety's mobile app with the More button highlighted on the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Tap Scorecard.

The More menu open at the bottom of the screen, showing Scorecard, People, and Directory, with Scorecard highlighted.

The Scorecard shows one team's Scorecard at a time. The chips under the Scorecard title show which team and period you're viewing.

What the mobile Scorecard shows

The mobile Scorecard shows each Measurable's score for the most recent completed reporting period: last week on the Weekly Scorecard, last month on the Monthly Scorecard, last quarter on the Quarterly Scorecard, and last year on the Annual Scorecard. The current, in-progress period does not appear on mobile, because most teams don't finish entering those numbers until the period ends.

For example, on Thursday, October 8, the Weekly Scorecard shows the week of September 28 to October 4. Weeks follow your company's weekly start day setting.

The mobile Scorecard for the Leadership Team's Weekly Scorecard, showing the Financial Health and Sales groups for Sep 28 to Oct 4. Each Measurable shows its owner picture, name, goal, and score.

Measurables appear in the same groups they belong to on the web Scorecard. Each group shows:

  • The group's name.

  • How many of the group's Measurables are on track, followed by the period you're viewing. Weekly Scorecards show the week's date range (for example, "0 of 3 on track · Sep 28 - Oct 4"), and Monthly Scorecards show the month (for example, "0 of 3 on track · September").

  • A caret on the right. Tap it to collapse or expand the group.

Each Measurable shows:

  • A colored bar on the left (green, yellow, or red) that matches the Measurable's status indicator color on the web Scorecard. Status is based on the Measurable's last three completed periods, so a Measurable can meet its goal this period and still show yellow.

  • The owner's profile picture.

  • The Measurable's name.

  • The Measurable's goal (for example, "Goal: >= 96,000").

  • The score for the period, on the right. If no score was entered for the period, the Measurable shows No value.

The owner's picture and the goal follow your team's Scorecard settings. If your team turns off the Owner column or the Goal column in the web app, that detail is hidden on mobile too. Learn more in Customizing Your Team's Scorecards with Settings.

Note: The Show current week setting does not change the mobile Scorecard. Mobile always shows the most recent completed period, whether or not your web Scorecard shows the current period.

Filtering the mobile Scorecard

The mobile Scorecard's filters let you choose the team, owner, and period you're viewing. The team and period you're viewing appear as chips under the Scorecard title.

To change your filters:

  1. Tap the filter icon in the top right corner of the Scorecard.

The Filter panel open over the mobile Scorecard, with the filter icon highlighted in the top right corner. The panel shows Team, Owner, and Period dropdowns, an Apply filters button, and a Clear all filters button.

  2. Choose your filters:

    • Team. Select the team whose Scorecard you want to view. The mobile Scorecard shows one team at a time, so there is no option to view all teams together.

    • Owner. Select All to see every Measurable on the team's Scorecard, or select one person to see only the Measurables they own.

    • Period. Select Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual. These match the four Scorecard tabs in the web app.

  3. Tap Apply filters.

To reset your filters, tap the filter icon, then tap Clear all filters.

Can I enter or edit Scorecard scores in the mobile app?

No. The mobile Scorecard is read-only for every role. Enter and edit scores in the Scorecard tool in the Ninety web app.

Can I see all my teams' Scorecards at once on mobile?

No. The mobile Scorecard shows one team at a time. To switch teams, tap the filter icon, select a different team, and tap Apply filters.

Can I see past weeks or trends on the mobile app?

No. The mobile Scorecard shows only the most recent completed period. To review earlier periods or trends, use the date range or Trends View in the Scorecard tool in the Ninety web app.

How do I get the Scorecard on my mobile app?

The mobile Scorecard is in beta. Join Ninety's Beta Program, then update Ninety's mobile app to the latest version. Beta enrollment can take up to three business days to process.

Troubleshooting

Issue: I don't see Scorecard in the More menu.

Solution:

  1. Confirm your company is enrolled in Ninety's Beta Program. Enrollment can take up to three business days to process.

  2. Update Ninety's mobile app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Close and reopen the app.

  4. If the issue persists, contact support.

Issue: A Measurable shows No value on the mobile Scorecard.

Solution:

  1. No score was entered for that Measurable for the most recent completed period. Open the Scorecard in the Ninety web app.

  2. Enter the missing score for that period.

  3. Reopen the Scorecard in the mobile app to see the updated score.

  4. If the issue persists, contact support.

Issue: A Measurable I expected to see is missing from the mobile Scorecard.

Solution:

  1. Check the team chip under the Scorecard title. Make sure you're viewing the team whose Scorecard includes the Measurable.

  2. Tap the filter icon, set Owner to All, and tap Apply filters.

  3. Check the period chip. Each Measurable belongs to one Scorecard (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual), so a monthly Measurable appears only when the period is set to Monthly.

  4. If the issue persists, contact support.
