Creating a New Company as a Coach, Implementer, or Partner
If you're a partner with Ninety (such as a business coach or EOS Implementer), use Partner Hub to creat a new company. Learn how here.
Why Create a New Company?
In Ninety, a company represents an entirely separate, unique workspace. You might want to create a new company if:
- You're a coach working with multiple clients
- You're part of a portfolio or multi-entity business
- You're testing a new structure or implementation before going live
- You want to experiment with features available on a different subscription plan
Each company has its own data, users, and billing — nothing is shared across accounts.
How to Create a New Company

To create a new company in your Ninety account:

- Click your name at the bottom of the left navigation menu.
- Select User Settings.
- Click the Account tab.
- Click the Create New Company button.
- Add your company's name, industry, and number of employees.
- Click the checkbox to acknowledge that you agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
- Finally, click the Create Company button.
That’s it! Your new company will be created instantly and begin a 30-day free trial of our Thrive subscription plan.
After clicking Account in User Settings, you may be prompted to re-enter your password; if you sign into Ninety via SSO, you may need to log out and back in before your Account page opens.
What Happens Next?
After creating a new company:
- You’ll be switched to the new company's workspace
- You’ll start with a clean slate — no users, data, or configurations carry over from your other companies
- You can switch between companies anytime by clicking your company's name at the top of the left navigation and selecting another one of your accounts
