How to Create an Additional Company

Create a separate Ninety company when you need a new workspace for different users, data, settings, and billing.

For coaches, implementers, and partners

Use Partner Hub to create the company, make yourself the Owner, and send assessments before the client creates an account.

When to create another company

A separate company is useful when you are:

  • Managing multiple clients or entities, such as rooftops or stores

  • Setting up a workspace for a new organization

  • Testing a new structure before going live

Each company has separate users, data, settings, and billing. Information from your existing company does not transfer automatically.

Create a company

  1. Click your name at the bottom of the left navigation menu.

  2. Select User Settings.

  3. Open the Account tab.

  4. Click Create New Company.

  5. Enter the company name, industry, and number of employees.

  6. Review and accept the terms and privacy policy.

  7. Click Create Company.

Note: You do not need a special setup link. Any link provided takes you to the same Account page.

Your new company begins with a 30-day free trial of the Thrive plan.

You may be asked to re-enter your password when opening the Account tab. If you use SSO and the page does not open, log out and sign in again.

What happens next

  • You are switched to the new company’s workspace.

  • The workspace starts empty; users, data, and settings do not carry over.

  • You can switch companies from the company name at the top of the left navigation menu.

  • You can invite users from the Directory.

Add teammates and assign roles

  1. Open the Directory.

  2. Click Invite Teammates.

  3. Enter the person’s details.

  4. Select their User Role and applicable teams.

  5. Click Add Teammates.

Only Owners can invite someone as an Implementer (Coach). The label may appear as Coach or Implementer, depending on your Business Operating System language. Choose Observer when someone only needs view access to their assigned teams.

For complete permission details, see User Roles and Permissions.
