How to Cancel Your Ninety Subscription
When you cancel your Ninety subscription, your account moves to the Free (Freemium) plan at the end of your current billing cycle. This article explains what you keep access to, what you lose, what to export before you cancel, and how to resubscribe.
Transition to the Free plan
After canceling your subscription, you retain full access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle. Once the billing cycle ends, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. On this plan:
You will no longer be charged.
You can still log in to your account and access certain tools.
Features and limitations of the Free plan
The Free plan provides limited access to specific tools and features. These include:
Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO).
Accountability Chart.
Assessments (Baseline and Org Fit).
OS Toolbox.
Knowledge Portal (read-only content).
Language Configuration (custom tool/feature names).
Directory (add users, create teams, and manage permissions).
However, there are some restrictions:
You cannot create new items such as Rocks, To-Dos, or Issues.
Archived content, including past meetings, will no longer be accessible.
Data export recommendations
If you need access to your historical data, export it before canceling your subscription. Export options are only available while your subscription is active. Once your account transitions to the Free plan, you lose access to archived content, including past meetings.
Renewing your subscription
You can renew your Ninety subscription at any time to regain full access to all tools and data. To do so, add a valid credit card to your account.
Summary
Canceling your Ninety subscription moves your account to the Free plan, where you can still access limited tools but cannot create new items or view archived content. Export any necessary data before canceling. If you want to regain full access, you can resubscribe at any time.
