How to Speak to a Ninety Team Member

To speak with a Ninety team member directly, use the chat bubble on the bottom right of your screen.

What Is Maz?

Maz is Ninety's experimental AI onboarding companion. We're building Maz to be helpful to you. First and foremost, Maz can help you navigate our platform and answer questions about your business operating system.

Activating Maz

Maz is available for new users powering their EOS® journey with Ninety. To activate Maz:

  1. Click Getting Started from the left navigation.
  2. Click Turn On Maz.

Now, you can begin entering prompts for Maz to answer. You'll also have access to click recommended questions to ask Maz to help you work through the Getting Started Guide.

You will not be able to access the onboarding AI chatbot if you “X” out of Have a Question? popup without activating Maz. Use the chat button on the bottom right of the screen to ask any question about using Ninety or to speak to a team member.

This video shows the steps above:

Chatting with Maz

To ask Maz a question:

  1. Click the Getting Started card on the left navigation.
  2. Type your question in the textbox under Have a Question.
  3. Click the paper airplane send button.
  4. Click the down arrow on the top right of the chat to minimize the conversation.

You can also start a conversation with Maz by clicking one of the recommended questions under a task in the Getting Started Guide.

Maz is always learning to provide clearer, more accurate, and more detailed responses. If you receive an inaccurate or unhelpful response, please click the circled exclamation point at the bottom right of the response.

If you accidentally mark a response as incorrect, simply click the now-red exclamation point icon to unmark the response.

To view previous responses from Maz, click on the up arrow on the top left of the Have a Question popup.
